Customer Service - We pride ourselves on our customer service. If you have an issue with any aspect of our product range or service at any time, let us know and we'll do our very best put it right straight away.

In order to keep services as efficient as possible, we have specifically decided not to implement live telephone support services and have poured all our resources into being able to respond to your e-mail queries within the same day - 7 days a week.

We find this to be the best way - written records being available at every stage - and no chance of staff forgetting to pass messages on!

Stock Levels � Our partners aim to keep all items in stock and usually don�t take back orders, so if you can order it, we've got it, and will despatch it to you straight away.

In the rare circumstances that we do run out of stock because of particularly high demand, you will be contacted immediately for your further instructions.

Packing and Shipping - Our suppliers and partners are either household names or family run businesses with high ethical values. They are already trusted for their quality, integrity and attention to detail.

Your order is usually despatched to you the same or next day and should be with you within 7 working days. We indicate very clearly whether or not delivery is free of charge - and where there is a charge, it is kept to the absolute minimum and you are clearly informed of the amount.

Shipping costs are kept to the bare minimum � and we have totally eliminated them altogether if at all possible.

This Site - is still in its infancy, but we are fully committed to it. It's what we are geared up for. This is not a 'pocket-money' site that is run in our spare time - we're here full-time � available to answer your e-mail queries and process your orders 7 days a week.
